That's tonight for those of you with good telephotos or telescope attachments. Supposed to be a long one with good colors too.

And now I'm tired from being up from 2:30 - 3:30 It was cool to see though. I just need a much better lens for that stuff.

We saw it, but didn't even try to take pictures. My daughter even got up to see it, then when back to sleep.

I wasn't about to wake up because I KNEW someone would get a better shot of it than I would from my place.

Megan, nice shot. I was all over the place with my setting trying to figure it out. I think my best shots came out at about ISO 500-640, 2 sec. shutter speed, and about f5.6. And it was all manual focus. It was fun playing around with it and cool to watch.

i was able to get the shot, but when i ran out, i couldnt find the moon! i was a bit frantic that i missed it, but then, (since i was sleeping 30 seconds earlier) i realized it was all dark and orange, so i grabbed my camera and shot it, i dont know how to post pix on here but check out the shot on the blog...
