When you use the auto WB and Tone buttons in Lightroom on one shot and then Sync all your shots, does it WB and tone all the shots the same as the first one, or individually? In other words, I want to try auto WB and Toning to all the shots in the folder in one swoop. How do I do this?

You want to select the one you have color corrected and Ctl/ or command A to select all photos then click sync on the bottom right. This is only a good idea if you have the same tone from an entire shoot. What i do is if i have 10 images that have the same tone i'll correct for one and then sync the white balence only to the others.

Also...if you have itunes got to podcasts and type in a search for Lightroom and all kinds of good instructional videos are available for free podcast downloads.
