I purchased the RAD actions yesterday, but I didn't get any information on how to download them. I emailed and asked but haven't gotten a response.

Does anyone know?

they send you an email with a link. sometimes it takes a few days.

Okay - I gotcha. Usually, those emails are instant so I thought I had missed something somehow.

wait i just looked at my receipt and it had the link on it - i dont believe i had to wait. are you sure there is no lnk in your receipt email?

I didn't see a link anywhere. Hmmm...hopefully they will get back to me.

There was a link to download them on my order receipt. It should say in the subject line: Boutwell Studio Your Order (Order id:XXXX)

And if you look in the body of the text you will see order contents: and then a download url.

I just checked and mine definitely didn't include that information.
There is an order number, but no link to download.
Hopefully I will hear from them soon.
