I got my first Showit DVD in the mail the other day and when I popped it into my DVD player, it says 'loading' forever, then comes up with the error that there is 'no disc'.

Any thoughts? Are these just burned onto a regular DVD R+ or DVD R- and not a master DVD type disc that you would buy a movie on? It is blue and not silver, this is why I ask!

What is a girl to do? I don't want to give this to my client until I can verify it works and thus far, i'm not thrilled!!

The DVDs are a very high quality DVD-R and should play on most DVD players. If you try it on 2 players and it doesn't work, there is definitely a problem and we will ship a replacement disc as soon as possible at no cost. Thanks,
