Click to view attachmentOkay, I have been learning a ton in PS. I know there has to be better ways of smoothing skin than what I have been doing. Mainly using the healing brush. With an area this big, it leaves me with tons of artifacts and looks horrible. If you have a second and feel charitable please take this photo and work your magic. I would love to see all the different takes on it and how you got there. I SOOOOO Appreciate YOU ALL!!!!!!!!Click to view attachment Don't know what I am doing wrong with this attachment, can anyone see it now? Sorry for your trouble.

You could try using a gaussian or similar blur, and then erasing back in the eyes and similar...not sure what the photo looks like though, so I can't really help there.

There are various actions that can do this for you also -- I don't remember the names of hand, but they use guassian or median blur. See
This tuturial

for an idea.

Thanks so much Mike for that info!!!

Can anyone see my attachments on the original post? For some reason, I can't. It is just the file name and when I try to click on it, it says that I don't have permission to use that feature. ??????? I have posted images before with no problem. If anyone knows what I am doing wrong or what the problem is, please fill me in. Thanks a bunch!

If it won't work for you, just upload it to Imageshack then post it and people can right click/save as.
