I am haveing a REALLY hard time finding a way to open my raw images in photoshop that I have taken on my D2X or my D200. I am wondering if I may need to upgrade to CS3 but wanted to ask this question first.
Thanks! Melissa

mmm... do you need to upgrade to your adobe Camera Raw file? Are you using bridge? I think it needs to start in Adobe Camera Raw (I'm so not technical--sorry), which if you have CS2, you should have bridge as well... try that and let me know how it goes.
I open everything in lightroom or bridge, so sorry I'm not too much help.
Maybe someone who knows what they're doing a bit more could chime in.

You shouldn't have any problem at all. We were using a D2X, D200, and CS2 for quite some time (though we sold the D200).
What kind of problems are you having? Also, did you get the most recent version of the Adobe Camera Raw plugin for CS2? You might want to do a search on the Adobe site for it.
Post more details and I may be able to help more. Good luck!
I have never used Raw and want to now, but cant open them.
I am told by photoshop when I try to open a picture "does not recognize the format" What is the newest camera raw plug in?

Yeah... I don't know what the latest ACR for CS2 is, but install one of those that I posted (depending on Mac or PC) and you'll be good to go. Read all the instructions on the Adobe page.
