I am a little somber today as I think of my friends that are down in Mexico on a mission trip. This is my first year not going since 2003. I really wish that I could be down there... it just couldn't work this year. Every year I go, I come back a changed person. My perspective is a little more clear and I am thankful for all that I have been given. I am very blessed and sometimes I forget that.

Oh my goodness... I literally gasped when I saw the first one. I can't tell you how these have touched me. I've never been on a missions trip..but I know I *need* to go. You know what I mean? Thank you for sharing these.

Thanks you guys!! I am a little more chipper today!! As I gaze upon my kiddos playing underneath me, I am reminded that this week, I am serving Him here at home. Once again, I am very blessed!!

I've spent a good amount of time in years past in Mexico, mostly the border towns of Nogales and San Luis Rio Colorado. Definitely can change your perspective.
