When you all are interested in hiring for a position such as this or for an intern, where do you list the postings?

The studio I interned with I just put myself out there to get started. I used the contact address on their website. Explained that I was a student and was wondering if I could shadow them for a few days. They were more than flattered. I actually ended up getting a full time job with them.
