I purchased the bridge presets and show it effects back in June~

I forgot I purchased them and went to download them today and it says that the username and password are not valid. I entered my only email address and the new password that was sent with my purchase, but no such luck!

I am not even sure who I contact for trouble with this sort of stuff!

Hey Tawnya - Try just typing in your email address in this area and it should send you a password. Post up again if it's still being fussy... I just typed it in for you so it may have sent you a new code already.

It there a place that tells me about where I need to download these to? I watched the tutorial, but realized it is for using the presets and not for installing.

Tawnya - I just downloaded and installed the presets for Bridge & Lightroom. There is a readme.txt file in the zip file that will show the path for Bridge but I had to hunt for where to put the LR presets. Here is where I put the LR presets:

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Adobe\Lightroom\Develop Presets
