074 & 121 are really great shot's
The others seem way underexposed, looks like you are using a matrix metering and the camera is exposing for the sky.. resulting in a lot of detail being lost on the subjects

i am not using matrix metering, but I was going for that feel of a darker image. Some photos are used more for scene than the subjects themselves. I have tons more photos which are more of portraits of them. I just posted a few shots. but thanks for the critique. I will be sure to check with the clients to see if they like it, if not it is real easy to lighten them up.

They look wonderful! I especially like 121, but wish her toes were slightly lighter to see them. They kind of disappear.

she's black and darker than the sand. It is actually a really tuff situation with one indivual that is so dark and another that is so light. what is right for one is not for the other in terms of exposure/light. In the instance of 121 any lighter and his feet would be blown out.

I love the raw darkness of these. I am a dark shooter. I love the mood that results (drives my better half crazy

)
I love them. And you also allowed me to give my son a lesson on how people love each other. At three, in Chattanooga, he hasn't seen a biracial couple... so these pictures were confusing to him. We got to have a great talk about it!
Love your stuff. Please keep posting
