Sorry if I've been a bit MIA from OSP lately, but it's been tougher to post ever since they blocked the forum at work (go figure...).

Nevertheless, I have some ideas about my question, but I thought I'd get the opinion of my fellow OSPers.

My sister-in-law is having a 30th Bday party for my brother-in-law and she wants one of my images of him enlarged (to a bit smaller than poster size). The kicker is that she wants to be able to hang it up during the party and have the guests sign on it...almost like a guestbook.

I use WHCC as my lab and have some ideas about what to use for this particular request, but I wondered what you guys and gals thought might be the best for the situation (preferably something I can order from WHCC). I have about 2 weeks for the turnaround time and I know she doesn't want a canvas wrap, but is open to pretty much anything else.

What do ya think?

I'd suggest a photographic print mounted on their 2mm styrene!

Scott! Quit slackin at work! OSP at home!! nana.gif (I am posting this from work by the way...) LOL just kidding...

I think you are describing a signature board... rite? I had 11X16 printed from Reedy a while back...
Its a print with a large white border for people to sign on. I'd recommend putting it on a gator board backing and let them sign with a sharpie... I don't think WHCC has them...

I recently did one of these. It was a 11x14 and I just layered it on a 16x20 black canvas with a white keyline stroke around the image. I had it printed on Metalic paper and provided silver sharpies. IT was very very cool

and just to clarify, i was suggesting a mounted standard ("matte") print on 2mm styrene.
