I have a show coming up and would like to hand out something a little more professional and easy to carry than I have in the past. My last show I gave out a boring file with prices and other information inside. This year I would like to give out a black glossy folder with info inside and maybe a sticker with my logo on the folder if I can't have it made with it.

oh! also, i've been searching high and low for tripods or table top tripods to display prints. They are all made for painters and quite pricey. any suggestions??

black glossy folder (logo printed on it if possible)
stickers with logo
photo displays
pens

Thanks!!

For the table displays, I found these great little black wrought iron table top easels for photo frames in the framing section of Michaels and I use that to display prints during my annual Christmas Vestry sale here at work. I love how they look.

I'll second the table top easels from Michaels. They look really great and are heafty and don't look cheap. As for the stickers, I get mine through WH. They are priced good and look great! For folders, I know Paper Presentation has some nice black folders, they may not be glossy, but they look really nice! Don't know about pens!!! Hope you find what you need!

I haven't used them, but these easels at The Container Store always catch my eye. They're sturdy, metal and really slick.

Mary Beth,

I'm not sure what size you are looking for but if you can think a little smaller, would check out these guys:

Very cool looking things. You can always drop them a note to see if they do large envelopes.

Hope this helps,
Bill

I have a bunch of easels from Easels by Amron. Their website isn't user friendly, but the wooden easels that I have are in the catalog link on page 15. The cool thing about them is that they are kind of L shaped but lean back and they fold up! I have a bunch of the decorative metal easels and they take up so much space! The metal ones have the hooks that stick out and they get all hooked together and scratched up. These wooden ones just fold in half, lay flat and have adjustable slots to stick the pegs to hold the picture. They are so much easier to carry, too. The 72" ones are great for big prints at the edge of your booth, the 48" are great for 11x14 and 16x20 and the small ones hold 8x10s. I am actually not using as many of them at the bridal show now and might be convinced to sell some of them if you like them.

I have one of these. If your look is very contemporary, they work very well. If it's more "classic" they're probably too "sterile." We use it to display mounted metallic prints -- looks fantastic.
