Lettering was done in 3DsMAX and the rest was all in Photoshop...

i did follow that loosely but there are a few tweaks to make it different....ie. 3 layers of sand with the text buried within that....then i cam up with this idea...




also...im not a NAPP member..yet I just picked up the issue because of the Workflow article.

Oh COOL. Can you make me one of those that says "Starfish" by Sunday? I'm doing skits all next week with my son, and he's playing a Starfish who is a movie star.
