Wedding is in New Brunswick, NJ, Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007.
They want "traditional photos and the proofs from which we can choose the best pictures."
Budget, she says, is "$1000+." I'm not sure what the plus means.
I pitched $1500, no album, no print credit, no digi files and she said Nope too high. That was before I realized she doesn't really want pj style. Once I found out she wants a traditional photog, I knew we wouldn't be a good fit.
So, in the spirit of helping people, I thought I'd post it here and forward any interested people to her.
Could be a portfolio building thing if you're new.
Please POST HERE: If you're interested and available, leave your name, website and phone number. I'll forward them to her. Thanks everybody.

I'll do it for the portfolio.
My website is under construction, but she can email me at hopeyost@gmail.com for pricing details and samples of my work.

I'm portfolio building. My name is Chelo (like the instrument)
Here is my site- www.chelophoto.com
It's a child portrait site however - I have a small gallery of wedding images at www.chelophoto.com/examples.
I'm willing to negotiate on price...

Thanks, Chelo and Hope. I'll send along your info. Anybody else? This one, even though the budget is low, could be quite good for portfolio building, and referrals too. (Low budget doesn't always mean the people don't have money. Sometimes it means they want to spend their money on post-graduate business degrees, if you get my drift. And people with post-graduate business degrees know people who have high-budget weddings. Hint. Hint.)

You can send her my way, but I'm not sure I can shoot traditional pictures.

I suppose I could, but I'd really have to force myself to be traditional. Does that mean lots of posing and no imagination? If it's really just three hours, it might be worth my while.
