-do they have to design the book, or can you design and upload?
-is there some sort of application process or sign up process?
-is there any way to get leather samples and a complete price book?

Yes and No, you can ask them to do it or you can design it yourself and then upload it, the have also their own software pc/mac

Yes Search for your rep

Yes you can one signed with them

Yes I am
