Does the head and leg look to fake? Should I leave the tree branch and leg like it was?

I like the toned one over the color, Frank, and agree with everyone else on the leg.

I was just going to say that he looks like he is standing there gazing ahead and she is definitely moving. Otherwise I would have said both, but I think the head definitely leave the leg as is...

Frank, I prefer the original leg. The fake head looks ok, but the hairline to me seems too straight or something. My 2 cents!

I think you've done pretty well given what you have to work with here, but I think the head does look fake. The branch is too distracing in the original, but o the edited version his hairline wraps all the way around his head, and there's no hint of an ear on either side. It just looks weird to me. Perhaps if you sample from an entirely different image you may be able to replace some of those features, but as it is, I wouldn't go with it...
