Hello all,

David (or DJ as you all call him) mentions my name every once in a while and I like to see what he is up to on the forum, so I figured I would finally join. I live up in the mountains near the Sequoia National Forrest, so if you ever want to get away to some fresh air, look me up at Hume Lake (pictured at left). Dave and I have been friends since sixth grade and he was in my wedding, but I make sure to keep him around to document the stages of my boy growing up:

I'm not necessarily a hard core photographer but I like to look at photos, so that's gotta count for something. Well, it's fun to actually be a member of this forum that I have been reading for so long.

I never made it to Hume Lake -- we're more Forest Home people. But haven't been able to find anything similar at all since we moved to Ohio.

Todd, Awesome to have you on the forum! Great to hear things at Hume going well for you. I remember when you interned there for a summer. It's crazy to think how many years ago that was when we all went up there with Bethany!! Glad you finally signed up for the forum.

I can attest that Hume Lake is a beautiful place for anybody looking to visit.

LOL...just realized that I have the '96 Hume Lake video that Glen filmed. I'm sure there are some good shots of you and DJ on it!! Hmm...wonder who wants to see DJ in high school!! Ha, ha!
