Yep, he lost it. As soon as word got around everyone stopped and started getting on the ground looking for it.  The ring slipped right off his finger while dancing and he was a little stressed about it.

I kind of felt bad shooting these images of the groom but I knew he would appreciate it later.

The ring was found by.....the bride, who personally delivered the ring to the groom.

And then they rocked! Literally, he got up on stage and sang her a song.

What a wonderful night and a great couple! This was a great little story within a wedding. I love unscripted drama when it unfolds! I had a blast with them and I'm really happy he found his ring.

LOVE the "bride found the ring" picture. Too cute.

I love the one with the bride holding the ring...it has such a "Hey, Buster, you got some 'splainin' to do..." look to it. I'm glad she found the ring, too. I speak from experience when I say that it's a bummer to loose your wedding ring.

Chris... you're awesome. That's an awesome series and will make for a very cool album page.

How many lights did you have set up at that one?

That is so cool that you not only captured what really is part of the story of the day, but you did it with style! Nice job.

That's a great shot of them under the table. Glad all was restored. Good job documenting the story.

Thanks for the compliment everyone! I also love the "you got some 'splainin' to do," shot. I'm telling ya, this was a fun wedding to be at. The band was called The Wusses and they play 70's cover music which was awesome (at least for me)!

Shane, I shot some images of my lighting set up because I knew that would be your next question. I'm going to start a new thread about it (with examples) in the next day or two. I will talk about three different lighting schemes I use often. So, look out for it and be prepared to ask lots of questions.
