Hello All,

I am a part time photographer (been in business for a little over three years) and a full time Correctional Officer (prison guard). I normally shoot (photograph) babies and high school Seniors. I am pretty low volume because of the "real" job for the time being, but I hope to be full time in the next 5 years.

I am excited about being here at OSP, and know that I will learn a lot from the talent that I have seen so far.

These started out as a playing around session for a friend of mine. His new bike in my new studio. I am giving them a shot as competition prints in the local guild this month. CC is always welcome!

Thanks Monica for the comment and the welcome.

Nick, thanks I thought the second was pretty cool too! I am not totally sold on the 1st one, but our local guild doesn't usually have a strong showing in the portrait of a man category so I thought I would enter one this year. AAAhhh ...it is okay....his wife liked it. smile.gif

AAAAAHHHHH! The lab isn't going to be finished with these until Monday....the competetion is Tuesday. I am going to actually have to drive to the lab and pick them up. Not a huge deal though because I am already part of the way there this weekend......but there is just nothing like last minute stress, huh?

Welcome!!!

Hey guys!

We did pretty well with my images in the NWSFPP salon Tuesday evening in Pensacola. I only entered the two images above in the local salon this year. Both images received merits each scoring an 81. The bike collage also received 2nd place in the Illustrative Open category, and the one of the man on his Harley took first place in Portrait of A Man. These were my first two merits in the local. I haven't entered anything at the state level yet. Just thought I would share.....thanks for looking.
