This one started out as a Swiss Miss card, but I PS'd the heck out of it, so it's pretty much nonrecognizable as the template now. The only element that's still easy to spot is the stamp in the top right corner (and the sloppy border)

Really - this is very cool! What font is the actual date in? I'm a fontmonger (yes, there's a different term, but I ain't a-postin' that here!) but I haven't seen THAT one - love it!

I'm not sure if you were asking me or the original poster about the font, but since I've got the templates, I can tell you BOTH fonts The one I used is called Duality and the first one up there uses two fonts : Selfish (the scripty one) and Nasty (for the date).
