WHCC rocks. No question about that. But they use Labprints, who takes a nice chunk of every order for filling them for you. You can fill the orders yourself, but if you have hundreds of orders, that takes hours and hours.

Picpick for proofing seems fantastic, but it's $1,000+.

EZPhotosales is dirty cheap for proofing (one time $100 fee), but you have to fill your own orders.

I'm looking to maximize my time here. I don't want to give the profits away, but I don't want to spend my days filling orders.

Who has a good option for me that doesn't cost a fortune, I keep the profits (minus CC fees), the interface looks nice, and I can have my orders automatically filled? I want it all at a reasonable price, but I can't seem to find it.

Thanks in advance,
Aaron

Well, I'll let you know what we do/offer and you can see if it suits you.. We use LifePics as our online proofing and order fulfilment.. We (www.in
lightphotographers.com) do weddings and also have a lab (www.inlightphoto.com). Anyone can sign up with lifepics and choose the best route for them as far as fee's. The common way is a $50 set up fee for your site (www.yourbizname.lifepics.com) for online proofing and then you set up your pricing based on how much you want to profit. with that plan lifepics doesnt charge you a monthly hosting fee but instead only takes %12 of orders. Then you just have the CC fee's and the lab's print cost. So you calculate that before setting up your pricing. It is very customizable and you can offer shipping straight from your lab to your clients so you have to do nothing but receive confirmation emails of all orders and make money.. Works well for us. You can choose from manhy labs who are set up with lifepics (possibly one close to you). Check it out if you want. Through our lab site you can click on prints and then click on the pro photographer choice to find out more information or send any questions my way.
Just a thought!

I use ez photosales and it is so easy to use. I charge my clients $5.00 in shipping so when they check out from my gallery, that amount is added to it automatically. When I then receive the order and if it is a small one with no enlargements over 11x14 then I upload it to whcc printful filment and fill in the clients address and then it is all taken care off.
Easy peasy and all the money except the paypal credit card transaction fee goes into my wallet and not a percentage to another fulfilment sort.
Also, I use whcc for my regular stuff and I love their quality. So by using their print fulfilment I know my clients are receive top notch quality print and not just so so stuff.

Check out ProDPI. They are a great lab and they have a partnership with Digiproofs. I believe they take 10% for CC fees.

I use exposure manager and have been very pleased. They get orders out promptly, the prints are excellent and they are responsive to questions and problems. The service is $100 per year 10% plus print cost on orders.

I highly recomend them. Good luck.
