Full Version: Not An Upgrade.....
OpenSourcePhoto > GetIt > Brilliant Bridge and Lightroom Presets
Michelle Amarante
Hey all.... I happy to see that Brilliant Effects is available for Lightroom..... I had been wishing that DJ would do these for LR and I see that my wish has come true.

Quick question, is this available as an upgrade if you have Brilliant for Photoshop or do I need to shell out another $69 for the presets?

I've been wondering the same thing..good question.

It's actually free smile.gif - Just log back in and download and you're good to go with Lightroom or Bridge.

DJ, i originally bought the brillant settings for my CS2, and can not live without it; but now have upgrade to CS3.

i logged in as you said, but don't know where to download it at. i thought we just put it into our cart, but in the end, it was asking for credit card info and such.

Please help~

many thanks~

Apply a setting in your current version of Bridge, save the file, open it in Lightroom, then while in Develop mode, go to the menu bar and select Develop/New Preset. Name it and click ok.

That should work (I hope!)

thanks Hugh.. but I was hoping that DJ can tell me how to download the upgrade of the brilliant setting for bridge and LR from his site without having to pay for it. I already have the brilliant, but was hoping to get the free upgrade for LR.

...don't try and buy it again or it will charge you. Once you log in just click on MY ACCOUNT at the top and you're good to go.

Thanks DJ. I found it. Now is the version that I can DL is the newest version for the LR or is it the same version as the one I bought before for CS2?

Just to be clear, I've gone to the "My Account" tab and clicked and that shows me my recent purchases.

How do I get the LR presets now since my original order was for the Bridge versions? I'm not seeing a logical download sequence...

Step by step please... thumbsup.gif ...and thanks for the patience!
