I put my shoot sac to the test this weekend, on the back of a scooter no less.

Strange question for you shoot sac owners, do your covers smell skunky? Mine smell, we could not figure out for the life of us what smelled everytime we passed my office, then we figured out it was my shoot sac. Stinky. I think its the faux suade material or from the plastic it came in or a combination of all of it. Just wondered if any of you noticed this? After flapping in the wind and being on the back of a scooter the smell has gone a way a little.

i think its the neoprene. wetsuits smell that way.....

yes I was riding, not driving Soon I hope to be on my own, the engine needs to be dropped into it though.

I had a pair of overalls purchased off eBay that smelled like matches. Guess that's what fabric can smell like coming out of India. Took a LONG time to get rid of the smell by hanging them in the sunshine. So long that they're out of style and I never got to wear them. *sigh*

Ryan you should totally get a scooter! It is so much fun and the scooter community is awesome.

This is my boyfriends scooter, we call it the skunk, it has won best rat bike 4 times and different rallies. People love this bike.


He changes it up a bit every year, just to be a little bit more ridiculous every time. It was his parts bike that he got running in a pinch a couple of years ago and it has been the most reliable bike ever since.
