Hey all! I am shooting a wedding in the Laguna Beach Area on September 7th....and am looking for a fun beach rental that is family friendly, clean and somewhat quite and very close to the beach.

I know I have already posted this, but I STILL haven't found what I'm looking for (sung u2 style).

After seeing LRH's post, I thought....I just have to put it out there again, I know someone can guide me in the right direction!

Thanks all!

A friend of mine was looking for beach rentals in April. Let me ask who she went through to look. I do know that the further north you go, the lower in price you go so depending on your budget beach rentals can go up towards the $3000 per week mark (my SIL rented in Solana Beach at this price at a really nice place). Is that within your budget?

ETA: here are the links my friend went through http://www.vrbo.com/vacation-rentals/usa/c...an-diego-county
http://rentalo.com/vacation-rentals/solana...on_rentals.html

If you are interested in the more expensive one let me know and I'll get the prop management company info for you.

I had a friend rent a house in Oceanside for about that much a week too.
I hope you find a place

Thanks everyone for the great tips. I ahve been toa couple of the beach rental sites, but MOST, not all, but most have 1 week minimum. I will be there for 4 nights only.

I will check out the links above. I was hoping to spend no more than $250 a night...maybe I am crazy??? smile.gif

you might want to check out craigslist for san diego, there are lots of people who rent out their homes by the week. if you are just staying a few nights you might want to consider a hotel, there are lots of great all suite hotels in carlsbad by the beach.
