ok so i've imported all my wedding images into lightroom...there is 681 of them; however in the filmstrip at the bottom of the screen, they are out of order. i've checked the box that says sort by 'capture date', but this doesn't change anything. is there anyway i can sort these by correct capture 'time'???? so it rearranges them all chronologically? as it stands now, i've got pre-ceremony mixed in with reception pix and vice-versa.

Go to the library. on the bottom bar above the thumbnails of the images and beside the thumbnail slider is a place where you can select what order they are in. There is a "capture time" one. Use that.

Sometimes I've found you need to do a "select all" and then ask it to sort by capture time, especially if you are working in a master folder viewing all the subfolders.
