Sorry for the dorky title, it's late and I'm goooooofy tired. So, I found a pretty AWESOME-O spot today at my E-Shoot and have been playing around with a few of them. The first two have been Jesh-ified with one of his (great!) textures. The last one got a Boutwells action. I can't decide which I like better.

I am simply in love with number one! I love Jesh's textures but have yet to purchase them! Your image makes me yearn for them that much more! Great Job!

I adore Jesh's textures, but you really have to carefully select the images they go on, and the first two shots (in my opinion) don't work for this. I prefer his textures on closer up photos of the couple that show emotion, not landscape shots with a couple in them. Your last image that was Boutwell-ized is fantastic!

Here's one of the top pictures with that same Boutwells action ... I think I'm gonna keep playing around, though. I loved this couple and the location and wanna make them look REEEEALLLY cool!

I think I'd prefer the last image, processed with Jesh's texture in #1.

Ok, I really like them all. I think the boutwell and jesh actions would work on any of them. I really like the composition of the third one - - it just grabs you with that wow factor. AWESOME!!!

post processing is important, especially so with digital,,, but the heart of the image is most always going to be the original capture. you have a great sense of taste and style, and you've processed all three images well, but i belive the strongest capture was definitely the third.

the first two really are great images, but the third is so much stronger, it draws attention away : )regarding the textured images, i really love the tones that you achieved in the first image.

one of my favorite things about using textures is the amazing color & tonal affects they can have on your image. honestly, it's usually my favorite part about the whole process, and i seldom end up converting a textured image to bw.

Thanks Jesh! Now that I'm looking back at all the pictures, I think my "Action-Off" was unfair. #3 is definitely the best photo, so I should have used that one and done a few different things to it.

I dont know, call me crazy, but I totally dig #1. Agree the composition is the best in #3, but #1 seems to stand out to me more. Maybe if there wasnt such a harsh blur transition in the upper right corner on #3 it would be the winner (it was the first thing I noticed)
