I know that there are many of you out there in the wide open forum. And I have heard of this form that many people have their couples fill out to get to know their client more. If you could and would give me a sample, or even the actual form that they fill out to give me an idea of what type of questions produce the most information. Thanks ahead of time!

What software format would you like? Mine is several pages and I would like your feedback on it. Davina handed you her's at PartnerCon LA 2006. Mine is similar, hopefully not plagerized.

After this last wedding I would like to avoid a couple of things in the future so I would love to see this as well! We were planning on writing up something like this so I would love to see yours before we do ours. If you have a great wheel then why try to reinvent a new one?

We are definitely adding... "how do you feel about public displays of affection?" We had a reveal and it was an awkward situation. No kiss...hug...or anything intimate. SO now we plan to ask!

Do you get these from time to time? I know some people want to save the kissing and romance until the wedding... so as the photographer that would be an important detail to know...

I had one wedding last year that was strictly no PDA... luckily I found out about it at their E-Session so I was more prepared at their wedding! Apparently their DJ didn't know though and really ticked the bride off!

We recognized a bit of it at the ESession as well but they never came out and said so. We just assumed it was an off day for them or that she was just shy. The thing that we know for pretty sure now is that she was not feeling good about her weight so the E session was a wake up call for her. When we saw her for the first time at the wedding I noticed she lost some weight. 30lbs to be exact. She worked her butt off all those months which I kinda wondered if she was going to do something since she wasnt happy with her chin and neck area and her tummy. You can only liquify so much...

Since the wedding is not the time to ask really...so we just kind ofwent with the flow.

But we are going to be a bit more proacive in knowing the situation so we arent caught off guard.
