I used this alley a month ago....but with Heather and Dave moving back home and wanting something that said..."Calgary . Alberta"....I think the tower says just that.

It looks kind of like they are ducking behind the wall to steal a kiss, out of view from the orange surveillance camera. But I just watched Mission Impossible III so I could be a bit paranoid.
