though I think the correct plural is "figgies".
Other uses in context:
- A figgy a day keeps the doctor away....unless you're driving.
- Figgies make me smile!

I can't remember the details but I remember that Jillian Kay had a car accident while eating fig newtons... I could be TOTALLY wrong, but that seems to be what I recall happening.
