I bought showit when it went on special a few weeks ago- and I love it!
Show-it is really easy and I put the shows together in about 15 min.
Although it took me a while to figure out how to get it on my website and into a blog.
I'm new to the blog-thing.

I have yet to do a showit at a reception (on-location). What gear and know-how do I need to do a great job on-site?
My mac laptop, died, so I need a new one. The Macbook Pro 17" is on my wish-list....comments?
Does someone have a must-have list of showit gear for on-location gigs? What have you experienced?

ANYONE???

Well, so far I've only done 1 Showitweb slideshow on location and I used my laptop (14" screen so if you can go bigger go for it!), my portable Sony player, cable to connect the two and that was it (minus 4"x6" postcards to give people). You can check it out in another OSP post **here**. I hope this helps, have fun and let's us know how it turned out.
