Just wanted to say hello and thank you all for making this such a rock-star-awesome forum:)

I've been reading bits and peices for a while but waited to join up as I've been in crazy-busy mode lately and knew it would hinder my work if I joined in earlier ! (I'm a confessed computer-geek-in-disguise and highly-addicted forum-junkie. ) Thanks DJ and PICtagers for pointing me here! Also, I'm so excited to find such a wealth of "brothers and sisters" on this forum!!

Okay...so the quick low-down: I'm Liana currently in Atlanta, GA. Lived in the North (NYC), the south, FL, Spain, but I'm a Mid-western gal at heart (Cleveland rocks, cleveland rocks!). And I've got all the accents down pat. lol. okay, maybe not quite. I apologize in advance for all my randomness!!

I'm one of those weird-ones and am actually doing exactly what I studied. I've been working for over 11 years (and yes, I haven't hit the big 2-5 yet). Nope, the fam is not child-labor-drivers, just entrepreneurs...it runs thick in our blood! I've tried just about everything photo so far but mostly focus on fashion and PJ weddings currently. My other passion is marketing and business consulting (another part of what I do...for small businesses and for a "Big-Four" accounting firm.)

Other random facts:
- Chocolate is my favorite food group - I believe it builds strong bones and provides the daily nutrients necessary for proper growth and shiny hair. I try to get in one serving a day.
- I lived in Iowa in a round house for four months when I was four.
okay, I'll stop!

Right now, I'm in overload-mode: just wrapped up a 15-city research project, about to finish my new site, and doing some pretty random work lately. Ah, makes life interesting! Headed out to HI soon for some work and play...mostly play thankfully!

It's amazing to see all of your drop-dead-gorgeous work and I'm in awe that everyone is so open with their opinions and knowledge-sharing. I look forward to getting to know ya'all and maybe even meet in person (for the ProCon peeps!) So hello, ahoha, and good day!

So you're an ex-cheerleader too?! I was actually coaching two competitive squads up until about two weeks ago! It was a great job! Kept me in cheerleading, which was fun........and sort of in shape!! haha!! Were you a flyer? I'm 4'11" so I flew all the time! I definitely miss that! Such a rush!

Have a GREAT trip to Hawaii! how jealous am I right now? I've been there once, completely loved it, and definitely want to go back sometime!

I'm 4'11"!!!! ok 4'11" and 3/4, nope 5'-0" So you know I was all up in the air. *how many times did you get dropped and hurt your back? millions?* I was a cheerleader a LONG time ago! In middle and high school. I was an all-state cheerleader in middle school then I went to a high school with some really shitty coach, she called me a slut and I quit and joined theatre! I have pictures here somewhere!

haha! So funny! NOt the whole coach calling you a slut part......but the part where we're both midgets! hehe!!

Well, I cheered in high school and then went on to cheer on a coed college squad for two years. And within my last year I got three.....YES-THREE concussions. Two of my falls were your basic falls and NOBODY touched me!! (Talk about pissed.....once I was coherent again I wanted to kick some butt with my short self)....the other fall was my fault.....pulled too hard trying to double down out of an arebesque! Whoops!

Anyway, back to photography........ so do you carry a stool around with you sometimes to get some good angles??? Cuz I'm thinkin I may want to get me a light little stool to help me out in the height department........
