I developed these, and use them all of the time. The first, is automatically applied when I import anything into Lightroom. It contains

Sharpening - 35
Vibrance - 33
Contast - 25
Noise Reduction - 100

The second I use most frequently. Its a heavy combination of the following:

Sharpening
Black Clipping
Noise
Vignetting
Warming
Black and White
