ok, I bought these presets and cannot for the life of me get them onto my computer.. I watched the video which make sit look easy but I cannot even find on my computer the 'library, then application data, then adobe, then cam raw settings..

where is the library, I am on a pc and cannot find it anywhere, the vid said to just go to user and go from there and there is nothing..
