Ok, so I love showit borders. But what I want to do is currently not possible that I can figure out....so I need help!

What I want to do is drag my final images to say 4 folder. Run ShowIt borders on that entire folder with one border. So in the end, I'd have 4 DIFFERENT borders on say 200 images each.

Currently I have been dragging 50 at a time into PS, opening them, then running Borders. This is ... time consuming. It sucks in fact. lol I want to use borders but I can't figure out a way to batch the folder. It has options for image in bridge, currently active image and currently open images.

I tried writing an action with just "run borders script" thinking it would then open each image from my folder but it makes me hit "ok" on every one.

Is there a workaround? Or do I really need this upgrade badly? smile.gif

Honestly, Matt, if YOU can't figure it out I wouldn't think it can be done wink.gif

lol well I thought of the manual way - put a book on my enter key so it keeps hitting ok. but that pretty much locks my computer up for a few hours.

W/O writing or modifying the script, you can at least do a whole folder at a time.

Open the folder in Bridge and select all -> run showit borders on "Selected images in Bridge (50)"

Ok - I haven't used bridge much. I'll try that and see what happens. smile.gif

Thanks Nate!

matt...Select all images in bridge.... go to PS file, scripts, sib,
box opens.....once you choose the border, make sure you check the 2 boxes at the bottom of the main sib screen...one says use default *which you can change* and the other says auto save and close...

Nate & Jessica - thank you! I just processed an entire folder of 200 in one go. You rock!
