We have had a couple of clients wanting to order the dvd from the slideshow 'thinking' they would get the hi-res dvd with all the images. The hi-res dvd is a different product we sell. I think they just saw 'dvd' and thought it would be the files. Has anyone else had any customers ask the same thing?

The order process for the showit dvd _seems_ obvious enough that you are in fact ordering a copy of the show. Maybe the showit order page could have a goof-proof statement like, "You are ordering a copy of the slideshow that you can play on your computer or tv. This dvd will not hav images that you can use to print or otherwise display." Thoughts?

Since you can upload your own logo - why not include that statement at the bottom of the logo?

I think it is pretty obvious, since the text over the button to go to the purchase page says "Purchase Show on DVD" and also, I don't think most of clients have a concept of DVDs other than as something you put in your DVD player.

I haven't had anyone ask me about this, but I also don't offer any other DVD products - I always refer to them as "High Resolution Ditigal Negatives"

Yeah, you would think "Purchase Show on DVD" would be enough.......
