This thread has no purpose but to state how utterly happy I am with WHCC. Their customer service is amazing. Their print quality is the best I've ever laid my hands on. They are SO FAST with their turnaround. I've received my orders in 24 - 48 hours every time.

I just joined and I wanted to order 11x14 magazine style proof book. I don't see a template in my roes to order one. Am I doing it wrong. Help!

Did you try clicking "catalog" and going all the way to the bottom? I think it says "Press Printed Books - 11 x 14." Click on that puppy and see if that's the one you're looking for. I haven't done any of the proof books yet, so I'm not 100% sure if that's the one you need.

I've placed some HUGE orders lately and nothin' ~ but i get candy from little orders - in fact i think it's been in the press printed albums that i've been using for guest books.

I love them too! I use them for all my lose 4x6 prints and cards, some other stuff too as well. I really want to use them for proof books, but not sure how to do the book. 4 up? or what? Working on it though...

I've gotten candy at random times, orders, cards, etc. No method to it, which is probably why they do it! You know Element of surprise!

I heart WHCC too and usually I love Canada, but being in Canada and ordering from WHCC is a bit of a draw-back. Prints cost $11.50 to be shipped up here each time and take 6-8 business days instead of free shipping and 2 business days.

I have had orders that are huge - no tootsie pop and then orders that were barely minimum (samples and stuff) and I get 2 or 3! I don't know how they divie them out but it's fun to see what WILL get you a tootsie pop.
I love them - their service is amazing and I've used them for over 2 years. Their press printed products are THE BEST too.
