i got mine on thursday (ordered at partner conference in chicago in early may) and i love it!
i have the baroque for weddings and festive for family/baby sessions. i packed a couple things in it and took it to a friends house just to have a reason to use it until i have another wedding or session!

has anyone received theirs yet? i placed my order over a week ago and i can't even get a tracking number? i have emailed customer service twice and i get no response?

Anyone else have their order canceled? Mine was without an explanation. I'm kind of baffled and let down. I understand there is a mass demand but I get no response back via phone or e-mail as to why.

UPDATE - They have been slammed every which way to texas - they actually had to shut down the site due to overhwelming demand and not enough sac! orders that were placed during the first week go out on monday, wiht tracking available on tuesday!!!

Yes, I'm so sorry about all that guys! We have seriously been OVERWHELMED with demand, so instead of just selling more, we closed the site temporarily to catch up on all the orders that were placed at the debut, get them out as fast as possible, hire more support people and train them, and catch our breath! If you got an email saying your order was cancelled, it most likely has not been, but just email support@shootsac.com to clear it all up.

In any case, ALL orders ship out on Tuesday, to my knowledge, and tracking numbers should be available by then

Yeah i ordered as well. I was extra greedy and availing of the time difference i went for ZANY, JET SET, BAROQUE.

I can justify the 3 covers due to the probable huge import tax i will be charged so it was a one off order

yep, they stick it to us - so might as well go down looking good..... with shoot sacs!!!!

i'm anticipating about £30 in tax, possibly more, i only ordered one cover.

i bet yours is in the range of £50 at least..... (too bad we couldnt talk to the shoot sac people and tell them to only put a $10 value on the packages!!!!!!)

I head to Paris about every other month and I'll be coming to the UK more as well so if Jess is up for it maybe I can take some batches out there and save ya'll some shipping and taxes!

DJ, you are so sweet! That might be an idea, but for the long term, we're setting up distribution in the UK and Pairs. It won't be for a little while though, so maybe we can work something out with DJ (or maybe i'll need to take a little trip to Europe myself!)

I'm also going to be in Paris later this year, and would love to hit the UK too!
