Wondering what over-the-top things you have done for your clients?

What was the most generous gift you gave them?

What was the most daring, dangerous thing you've done to get the shot?

What was your best example of exemplary customer service?

What wowed them the most?

We upgraded someone from an Asuka to a Graphi book for almost nothing extra. Their wedding was spectacular and WE couldn't see the images being in an Asuka so we begged them to upgrade. lol Their budget didn't fit it, so we made it fit it. Now they'll get the Graphi they really wanted anyways. And we don't have to put their images in an Asuka. lol

broke into the bride's parents house via a 2nd storey window to get the bouquets for the bride and bridesmaids. Fun day, let me tell ya.

Now THAT's what I'm talking about! Keep 'em coming!

his & hers ipods (they bought the $6k albums set)

sewed a bridesmaid in her dress when the zipper busted all the way out 15 minutes before the wedding.

almost fell in the fountain from 2 stories up to get the shot of the couple in the fountain - won't do that again.

recently printed and framed prints of the couple with their grandparents. these will be delivered this week. i found out that one grandfather passed away last week. this was the last photo they took with the gentleman that passed. it's a surprise.

upgrades to what they really 'want' are pretty common - or making note of something they really like and sending a surprise.

i suppose this is why i can't quit the day job, yet.

I had a bride who had acutally been married for a year but hated her wedding pictures. I did her friends wedding, so she hired me to just retake their pictures. They rented a tux, etc. She wanted to get her hair dong, but of course this was starting to add up, so for whatever reason I think I am a hair dreser too and I offered to do her hair! I did and she loved it and it was great! tongue.gif

I will have to say the 3rd one.....my bride called me in a panic this weekend ....the church and reception area they had already booked is no longer available....I don't totally understand why...so I am not sure....but needless to say the wedding is Sept. 8th and they have no church or no reception area.....so I am in the process of helping them try and find a venue for their reception....

So Evrim, did your camera survive? We're dying to know!

For the very first wedding we ever did we shot the whole 4 day wedding for free, and gave them a 40 spread VisionArt album as a gift.

We also named our car after them, lol!

But that album alone pretty much booked this whole year up, totally worth it. We love our clients biggrin.gif
