One more thing,

Do you guys state in your contracts the price for prints? I know that you don't usually change them often, but I'm already getting couples contacting me for next year, and by that time I may decide to up the price on the prints. Would this be an issue with the couples, or should I just state that print prices are subject to change and are only valid for the date of print orders?

I haven't looked at the meat in our contract for some time, but here's ours. It doesn't have, but should, a stipulation about the term prices are valid for (although we have that stipulation on our price sheets). Also, this one is a blank one that we would print out and take to a meeting as a least common denominator. Our regular template is prepopulated with a bunch of information so we can draft a new one in a few minutes.
