HEY GUYS,

I had a friend do a couple mock ups for a logo design that he is working on for me. Tell me which one you like the best. Thanks in advance for taking a look and responding.

I'm not too crazy about any of them. The first two remind me of the old NBC peacock logo. If I had to choose one, it would be the third one, but I don't really like the gradient color thing, plus - it probably won't look good if you need to use it in B&W. Also - it makes me think your name is C. Carter.

I agree with Jill - none of these work.

I looked at your site, you have some real nice work.
Your mark & logo should accentuate your style and I don't feel like this one or your current one is doing that.

Not trying to be harsh, just honest - time to take this back to the drawing board.

Sorry.

I really like #2. It's kind of classic, I get the RGB thing, and it could live on its own at the corner of an image as a watermark/proofmark without being too obvious.

Of course that's just one opinion (and you know what they say about opinions... happy.gif )

Going against the grain (not new for me) --- I like #4 quite a bit. I think it has great shape and fluidity to it. I'm not crazy about the colors, but I like the overall shape and concept.

I agree with everything here. I think with a re-work in colors this could be a great logo for you.

My thought is I just think these won't age well (and they sorta look outdated already) and I'm not even sure exactally why. If you were going with one, I like #4, but don't care for the color scheme.

I don't care for the colors much. they remind me of the 70's and like a old news station . I kind of like the layout like number 3 but I dont like the BIG C around carson. Just my opinion. wink.gif

None of these work for me either. Try to flesh out some fresh ideas on paper.

Yeah, sorry it doesn't work for me. Try this site: http://www.logoyes.com/
Try it out- it's the "The Original Do-it-Yourself Logo Site"

How fun is that?
