First off I'm sooo excited I found this forum. I browsed it ALL day yesterday & WOW...soo excited about all the talent here. I found this forum because of Skye Hardwick. She is on another forum I'm on & she is recently engaged & said she met her fiance on David Jay's forum...I'm thinking...man I've heard that name before & so I googled his name & found this place! I live in Logan, Utah...I see there are A LOT of Utah photographers already on here...WOWZERS! I'm very familiar with a few of them...I stalk their blogs

I am 32(I think)..I've forgotten how old I am once I hit 30! I am married to my wonderful supportive husband of 7 years....though if I could just get his darn socks & underwear folded & in his dresser drawer he would probably me even MORE supportive of my addiction to be on this darn computer 24/7! We have 2 boys...7 & 11.

I have been doing my photography biz for 2 1/2 years now. With each month that goes by...it keeps getting increasingly busier & busier. I'm very excited about that. Along with my portrait photography I do weddings & LOVE LOVE weddings. Engagements & bridals are my most favorite to photograph. All my photographs are taken on-location with natural light. I don't have a studio...nor studio lights. Simple is best for me!!! The one thing in my life I REALLY want to learn though...is night time shooting. I want to take bridals at night with all the street lights...I am a self taught photographer...no schooling. I know what I know from reading all kinds of stuff on the internet. Bought my camera & went out & took pictures of my bestfriends wedding & my growth has sky rocketed from there!

Along with my photography biz I work for an OB/GYN office doing their billing. I work from home for them. I have worked for this company for 7 years now & since moving to Logan in Oct 2004 I've worked for them from home...we are originally from Grand Junction, CO. I love working for them, BUT since my business is really keeping me busy...I may have to re-think the office job. I stay VERY busy...being a mom, wife, biz owner & biller. Somedays I wonder what the heck I'm doing!!!!

Ok...so since I've written a novel & I'm sure you've stopped reading by now...& if you haven't & have read the whole thing...BRAVO to you!!!
