Alright guys I thought I'd finally throw some of my work out there for you all to see. This is only my 2nd wedding shooting on my own so any feedback (good or bad) is welcome. Also - these are pretty much straight out of the camera... I seriously want to learn how to do all those cool effects I've seen here. (Lomo, cross process, etc). I know you can just buy actions, but I'm cheap (out of necessity, not by choice laughing.gif ) and I also think it would be beneficial to know how those actions work, to make me a more proficient photo-shopper. Cameron's post on his method for the old-retro look was cool. Alright, enough ranting, out with the pics already!

I'm sure you could do some pretty cool stuff with the effects, but they look great as is.
nice catch on the flower girl. Also especially like the lake reflection and the cool dudes

Hey Rueben,

Nice Job. I like the one on the pier the most.

Thanks Guys! I'm definitely leaving most of them as is... (a few b&w of course).. but I'd like to take maybe a selection of like 10 images and really work them over in photoshop to show people what is possible and set myself apart a little bit. I definitely dont want to overdo it though!

Thanks again for commenting.. keep them coming

Reuben,
Outstanding! I love the silhouette and that shot of the groomsmen is hysterical! The only image I'd fine-tune is #6 - it could use some cropping off the top.

Thanks for the constructive criticism Christopher. I can see what you mean.
