I like the overall feel to it. It has good uniformity. I think the background red can be tweaked a little to more closely match the color on your avi (a bit more orange). I really like your logo. Where did it come from?

Thank You all. The Logo I have to say that I had 3 logos for the past 3 years and I did n ot like them so I hitre someone who design all y promo materials I wanted a red tulip with my name , because I love Red and tulips are my fav. she gave me 3 options and I liked this better.
