I finally broke down and bought the 85 1.2, and I can't tell you how psyched I am to get it. I want a few other things too and decided to replace some stuff, so...O.k. here is the deal. I'm pretty sure that I never met anyone that takes better care of their equipment than me. Anyone that has seen my gear can attest that it looks like new. I very seldom get rid of anything ever but I have decided that I probably should. That said, I have some stuff to put on the table.
Canon 16-35 2.8 awesome lens a little over a year old (I want the new one)
580ex flash hardly used (I have 3 so this was a back-up, and I just bought the new one)
20D with grip (I have two, a 5D, and the Mark III is beating on my door big time.
Metz mecablitz 54 AF-1 for Canon (never used, won it from PDN)
I also have all of my old Nikon film stuff if anyone is interested in any of that stuff. SB-24 flashes (great units), a 20 2.8, a 60 2.8 macro, and the old style 80-200 2.8, 8008 camera, off camera flash cords, flash to flash cords and all kinds of extras All mint condition, hardly used because I had it while I worked at Cornell and used their stuff.
I think a few hundred under cost (except on the Nikon stuff) is fair because the stuff really is mint. If you are interested in any of it let me know before it all ends up on ebay. Please send me a PM, email me at frank@frankdimeo.com, or give me a call.
