Hey all,

I wanted to finally introduce myself.
My name is Jefferson Todd Pals, but I have always gone by J.T.
I am actually very new to still photography. I've been videotaping wedding for the last 5 years. I finally decided to get a digital still camera in March of this year, and I fell in love with it.

I live in Chandler, AZ and do not enjoy 115 degree weather(for the record). I've been running my video business for 5 years now doing weddings, corporate and church videos. I can also be found serving coffee part-time at Starbucks (great benefits).

I'm shooting with a Nikon D70 and really enjoy it.

I shot my first wedding in June. I'll post those pics in the 'Wedding Pics' section.

Check out some of my wedding videos in the portfolio section of my webpage.

Thanks again for everybody being so friendly and positive. And thanks again DJ.

aloha Jefferson!

Wow...i will not ever complain about how hot and humid it is here in Louisiana. It's been in the 80's and 90's here.

You have come to the right place my friend. This forum cannot be beat with the positive energy and love going around. The only thing negative that goes on is the war with Canon vs. Nikon tongue.gif But other than that....the comraderie in here is the best. We're here for ya...

Welcome my friend...

Welcome! Glad you found us.

I'm kinda curious, cause so many new people join all the time. Back in the "ol' days" people only found this forum when one of the members told someone about it. I'm curious, how are people finding OSP? How did you find it?

Regardless of how....I'm glad you're here. smile.gif

Hey JT! Welcome! smile.gif

Sorry I didn't get back to your PM, but I ran into the same problems in the video business. I think your video background will be a huge plus in the still side and I'm excited to see how things go.

Tons of good workflow info here on the forum and give a shout if you have any questions!

Cheers,
DJ

Chris,
Well I actually found out about OSP through DJ's website. David and I attended the same highschool and church and I had ran into his parents here a couple weeks ago. They said to check out his website to see what he was now doing. I also know Melissa Jill, and had heard that she had been doing some stuff with David as well, so I was interested to see what he was up to.

I'd have to say I never expected to find a group like this!

Cheers!

J.T.
