I have a series of maternity photos. I messed up and shot them at a high ISO, so they're really grainy - but the pictures I think are good.

What would you do in post processing this? (I have PS Elements).

Thanks smile.gif

If you do not have a "Noiseware" software that run well with your PS Elements, I think that you should just let someone give you a hand and run the images through their software for noise. You only made a mistake and probably will not do it again, and just need help with this shoot right? Hey, I will be glad to do if for you!

When in doubt, convert them to B&W. The excessive noise will show up as grain and it'll be beautiful.

Or, as someone else suggested, run them through Noise Ninja or Noiseware. Those will definitely help.

Both very helpful - thank you. I checked out noiseware, and it does run with my system, so I can use that (it also helps with the skin tone issues in late pregnancy!). I can get a version for $30 - so I will do that.

I will also do some in b&w. I think they'll look very cool.

Thanks!!

Hey Rebecca,

Looks like you've already found your answer, but yeah, Noiseware rocks. And a b/w conversion would be good as well. Don't be afraid of the noise/grain. smile.gif
