Oh yeah! I knew of her in Louisiana. It's something in the water in that state - I swear. So many just incredible photographers there.

Yeah, she's on DWF quite a bit. Her work always blows my mind!

Her work is awesome! I don't know who she is but I added her to my feed a while ago (I can't remember where)... but I love how she works with textures and the look of her images. A lot of them would make awesome magazine covers!

her work reminds me of carrie's & julia's best stuff too.

Yah, that's great stuff. I get the same feeling looking at it as when I'm listening to great music.

Oh my gosh, I guess I should say hi! Matt, yes I did start an account here but never posted yet. I always watch my blog stats closely and a while back I had a few hundred hits coming from one source, so of course I had to check it out. It ended up being this place. And that's how I found this thread today. I go to check my blog stats today and WOW, almost 170 hits to my blog today so you know I had to go see where it was coming from!

I am a member of DWF and post there often. But I don't post too many other places cause I'm such a shy person.

Anyway, I feel kind of weird posting on this thread, but I really just wanted to say thank you. I'm sure you all could imagine my surprise when I read all these comments! I honestly don't know what to say except a huge thank you!!

Hey Dawn! I'm sure we slammed your blog pretty good - that's great! I think everyone should see your work. It seemed to me like "I should realllllly know this person" so I asked my LA friend Julia (Bailey) about you and she said she knows you and thinks you rawk so of course i was like WHY don't I know her!??!
