I recently switched to Mac, so am still finding my way around. I cam across Screen Casts Online from some tutorials on the Omni Group website.

There are free tutorials as well as subscription based ones (only US$35 for 6 months).

There's a collection of tutorials for folks who are 'New to the Mac'

The best thing about them? The accent is completely clear to me - they're made by a Brit!!!!
