What are you doing that precipitates the error?

What apps do you have open?

i'm running my own editing tool ActionRunner. 1.0 for PC is a vbscript.

it opens photoshop and opens the image and when it goes to apply the designated action it comes up with the error.

Help!!!!

i'm so addicted to editing this way and have a wedding to edit. i've got a couple guys trying to figure it out but no avail. i have the 5.6 update for windows scripting loaded.

Jim, did this just start since the latest Windows update? Did you apply the latest patch?

Hey Jim !

The error you are getting is a common VB Script Error. The human terms is "Object doesn't support this property or method" which translated into english means your program is trying to do something that no longer exists or has been changed.

My guess is since this has been working for a while, something has changed. If you recently did a Window's Update, it probably wrote some new code and your application have factored in the chage yet.

I'd go to the manufacture and submit a bug report letting them know specificly what you were doing an even a screen shot if you can. The more info a programmer can get, the quicker you are up and running. (Coming from a programmer myself).

Also, in your "Windows" (or similar named root folder depending on how you computer was setup), there are folders witht he Window's Update files and you can roll back the changes to get back to what you had.

I hope hat helps.

where do i find this??? i'm gonna try it. not sure if this matters but if i restart my computer it goes back an hour in time too.

I DO NOT want to go back to editing the way I did before I started using this tool. It's so unbelievably fast that I can hardly stand the thought of it!!!!!
