I haven't yet ordered an Asuka book, but need to fine tune pricing for some family session clients.

How much does Asuka add to the price for shipping?

Is it a percentage, or based on destination, or based on book size, or box weight?

Can someone give me a ballpark? I didn't figure shipping in my Art Leather products, and got burned really bad when the shipping charge ended up being MORE than the products I was ordering. Ugh.

So if I was buying a 5x5 20-page book shipped to the east coast (NJ) how much would Asuka add on for shipping, ballpark?

How much shipping for a 30-page 10x10?

I just had a 20 page 10x10 and a 20 page 5x5 shipped to me and the handling fee was $7.50 (I think this is a per order charge) and then the shipping cost was 6.25. This was all together for both books.
